Job Description

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

The duties will involve assisting the Account Manager with various aspects of day-to-day servicing of commercial P&C accounts. Such duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Request policy changes from carriers
  • Process endorsements from carriers including reviewing for accuracy, invoicing, and sending to client
  • Update system apps as needed
  • Issue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and other documentation
  • Follow up with clients for premium payments
  • Gather and submit binding/policy subjectivities

 

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years prior insurance experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Knowledge of AMS360 a plus
  • Proficient with MS Office
